What is the Business Entity Formation?
Setting up a business entity is properly forming the company as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), a Corporation (S-Corp or C-Corp), a Non-Profit Organization (501c3), and all applicable legal entities. This also includes assisting in obtaining City, County, and/or State licenses. *Fees payable to Federal, State, County and/or City ordinances are additional and not included in the costs.
What are Federal and State Identifiers?
Properly having your Federal EIN and State Sales and Use Tax numbers (if applicable) are pivotal to your business’ tax filings. Our qualified team of accountants will ensure that these identifiers are setup correctly.
What do accounting and taxes have to do with this program?
Generating revenue, paying staff or contractors, and accumulating expenses can be overwhelming without having a concrete Accounting system and platform in place. Our team will consult with you, based on your business and budget, to determine the best Accounting structure for the business. This will overlap into ensuring that the business is ready and compliant for the upcoming tax season. Tax preparation also includes reporting wages paid to employees and contractors.
Are articles and agreements necessary for every business?
Every person is setup differently and may require Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Partnership Agreements, among a list of many others. Our team will develop these necessary documents based on your business.

Social Media setup will vary from client to client. This program implements marketing agency best practices to reach the right platforms and personas for your business. Our social media experts will help you to properly set up your business's social media account, automation, structure for posts, videos, memes, and other approaches to engage your audience. This includes potentially overhauling existing social media accounts already published.
Will a full log /brand come with Just Start!?
Every business needs a recognizable brand. Our Brand Development team will work with you to create a logo and color palette that best represents your business.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Just Start! was developed with the startup entrepreneur in mind. There is a down payment to cover documentation and platform fees, and the rest of the program is month-to-month. We understand that starting a new business is difficult; especially when the foundation has not been set. There is no long-term commitment or obligation, and we will retain your program information for 90 days*.
* The website and CRM platform are retained for 1 year.
